Every plan includes the full research workflow. The difference is in team size, storage, and the compliance and support options that larger institutions need. The Tester tier is a 30-day trial: when it ends your work stays yours, readable, downloadable and exportable, and only running new experiments pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted.
All prices exclude VAT. This applies to plans, add-ons and compute top-ups.

Add-on modules
Four capabilities are add-ons on the plans that do not already include them, billed alongside your plan. All add-on and compute top-up prices exclude VAT.
Build your own agents, with us
Available to Department and Institution. If your requirement is not a method that fits on the canvas but a way of working, we design and build the agents that automate it, inside the same guardrails our own agents run in: a permission check, input screening, output redaction and an audit record on every single model call, with no way around them.
Three options, and the choice is yours rather than ours. It is written into your contract and your Data Processing Agreement, not left as a setting somebody can change later.
- Our European platform. Frankfurt, Germany. EU-hosted database, storage and compute, and every sub-processor established in the EU or EEA. The providers are named in our sub-processor register.
- A dedicated instance. Your own machines rather than shared ones, still in the EU region you pick, for data that may not sit beside anybody else's.
- Your own infrastructure. For institutions with a facility they are required to use, such as a national research platform or a secure enclave for sensitive data. Your data and your compute never leave it; we orchestrate the runs and return the results with their provenance.
On the EU AI Act, so there is no confusion: we record intended purpose, risk tier, out-of-scope uses, human oversight and known limitations for every agent we build. Whether a system is high risk is a determination your institution makes and signs. No supplier can make it for you, and any that says otherwise is selling you a badge rather than a system.
